Chris, Emma & Markus make up the family of small families behind KiteNest. They set out to make a difference with a range of products that are naturally virtuous, affordable and designed to perform. Ever since they've been building up their collection of zero-waste, cruelty-free cosmetics, giving consumers an ethical and eco alternative to the cosmetics they love.
KiteNest put their ethos and ethics before everything they do, but that doesn't mean that your finished product will be any less amazing. In fact they think clean conscious cosmetics won't only save the planet but they'll make you feel incredible too. All of their products are handmade from scratch in small batches. They do this in their custom built workshop in Lincoln.
All KiteNest products are 100% natural, cruelty free and don't include any harmful ingredients like SLS or parabens. They are made from natural ingredients using renewable energy. They don't use unsustainable ingredients that negatively impact the delicate ecosystems of the planet, regardless of whether they are natural.
KiteNest believe that testing products on animals is not only wrong but also unnecessary. That doesn't mean that you can't be confident in the quality of the products they create. All of their products are fully certified and comply with all cosmetic safety regulations.
Up to 12 million tonnes of plastic gets into the ocean every year - that's just one of a number of horrifying statistics unleashing untold harm and disaster on the planet. That's why KiteNest chose to put going plastic-free ahead of profit.
