Pink Clay

Pink Clay is rich in Silica, which can help to improve skin elasticity and cell renewal for supple, younger looking skin. Gently exfoliating and light on the skin, Pink Clay leaves skin silky soft and smooth, can help to minimise blackheads and promotes a radiant and balanced complexion.

Apricot Kernal Oil

Apricot Kernal Oil gently exfoliates and moisturises skin and is known for its anti-inflammatory properties.

 

Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is a skin powerhouse! Aloe stimulates fibroblast activity,  which creates an uptick in collagen production and elastin fibers that make the skin less wrinkled and more elastic. Meanwhile, zinc acts as an astringent to tighten pores, and antioxidants, such as vitamins C and E, help prevent the formation of free radicals (aka, molecules that can age your skin). Aloe vera prevents tyrosinase, the enzyme responsible for skin discoloration, from doing its thing, essentially suppressing UV-induced hyper-pigmentation and the skin-damaging effects of sunburns.

 

Rose Water

Rose Water promotes healthy and elastic skin.

 

How to use your Hydrating Face Mask

Take 1-2 teaspoons worth of mask on fingers. Spread the clay over your face in a light layer Avoid sensitive areas such as the eyes, and leave a 1/2-inch gap around your mouth. Wait approximately 15 minutes to allow the clay to begin drying. Splash water all over your face to soften the clay. Continue splashing your face with water while massaging your skin using circular motions to help dissolve the clay. Use a soft washcloth to remove the mask. Pat skin dry and follow up with a moisturiser

Finish with a splash of cold water and follow up with a toner and moisturiser to nourish your skin after cleansing.
