These Astra Superior Double Edge Razor Blades come in packs of 5 and are designed to fit all double edge/safety razors. They are compatible with both our Zero Waste Club and Bambaw razors.
Why safety blades and why switch?
Do you remember your grandpa? He had a perfect shave and all he ever used was that single blade razor. These days, razors have become complicated. With vibrating handles, flash lights and 4 blades that apparently cuts better. All of this is marketing rubbish making us consume more than we need. From a recycling perspective, the issue is that the normal razor blades have combination of many materials such as plastic, rubber and metal stuck together. And impossible to recycle at the end of life due to how it's manufactured. Our razor blades are made from stainless steel and is 100% recyclable at end of life. How to replace your razor blade
There are 5 blades in this pack (enough to last you for ages) and they are so easy to change:- Unscrew handle of your reusable/safety razor
- Remove the top part of the razor
- Slot in the new blade
- Screw back together
