Bathroom Cleaning Pad- Loofco

  • £4.65

This Loofco Bathroom Cleaning pad is skilfully handmade in Egypt from the loofah plant. It is a 100% biodegradable natural alternative to plastic scourers. A must-have for cleaning your bathroom from sinks, tiles, shower cabinets and baths.

Each generously sized pad (20x10cm) is comprised of layered loofah stitched together for extra scrubbing power, ideal for cleaning larger surface areas. Use with warm water and cleaning product to clean baths, sinks, tiles & shower enclosures. When immersed in water it swells up to become a soft, spongy and flexible pad. Loofah plant fibres are durable enough to last for months, making them a cost effective solution too.

When worn out, you can compost or throw it away where it will break down naturally and quickly.

Loofco flatten their products for transport to save space - another reason we love them!

How to use your Bathroom Cleaning Pad

May appear abrasive when dry but when immersed in water, centre of the loofah pad swells to become a spongy flexible pad. Use with warm water and cleaning product to clean baths, sinks, tiles, shower enclosures. To keep loofah fresh between uses, rinse thoroughly, squeeze out excess water and hang to air dry from the cotton string loop. Occasionally wash in the washing machine or by hand. Last for months and when worn out can be composted.

We also stock Loofco's other natural, plastic-free cleaning products including their Washing-Up Pad, Cleaning Pad and Body Loofah.
